Hybrid furnace has favorable features of both CIP's furnace and C/C composite's one.
Reacting SiO with graphite causes graphite crucible's life shorten, and the bottom part of crucible is mostly affected, needed to exchange frequently. Using CIP for bottom part will reduce the cost.
Adopting C/C as outer cylinder will prevent graphite from reacting with Si, and extend product life.
